Tell Us About Your Garage Door

Send a few details and we'll come back with the next step. The more you tell us about the door, the tighter the estimate.

What to expect

After You Call

When you call, we ask a handful of questions before we ever talk numbers. How old is the house? A lot of homes in this area went up between 1957 and 1989, with the median landing around 1974, and that matters because a door or opener from that era often uses hardware nobody stocks anymore.

Questions before the quote

We'll ask what the door is doing (or not doing), whether it's one panel or a full section that's bent, and whether the opener is original to the house or a replacement. We also ask about access: is the garage attached, is there a side door, is anyone home during the day.

Quotes tied to your door

None of this locks you into anything. It just means that when we quote a number, it's a real number tied to your door, not a guess we walk back later. For straightforward jobs - a broken torsion spring, a slipped cable, a sensor that's stopped reading - we can usually give you a price range on the phone.

Track and logic board checks

For anything involving the track, the opener's logic board, or a panel that's cracked clean through, we need eyes on it. A job that looks like a $200 fix over the phone sometimes turns into a full panel replacement once we're standing in front of it, and we'd rather tell you that before the truck leaves than after.

How to Reach Us

Call us at 1-803-474-8271. We're based at 6000 Woodside Executive Ct, Aiken, SC 29803, and we work on doors across that part of the county - not just in Aiken itself, but out to Gloverville and Graniteville, both about 5 miles off, New Ellenton and Burnettown around 8 miles, Clearwater at 11, Belvedere at 12, North Augusta at 13, Jackson at 14, Trenton at 16, and Williston at 20 miles out.

If you're in one of those areas and you're not sure whether you're in range, just call and ask. The honest answer is usually yes for anything inside that 20-mile ring, and the farther out you are, the more it helps to have photos of the door ready when you call so we can plan the visit properly.

We don't have an online booking form on this page - the phone is the fastest way to get an actual quote, because a form can't look at your spring or hear what your opener sounds like when it's struggling.

Our limits

What We Do Not Take On

A large brick house with white garage doors and columns is visible through trees.

We work on residential garage doors: springs, cables, rollers, tracks, openers, and panels, mostly on the kind of single and double doors you'll find on houses built in that 1960s-70s wave across this area's older neighborhoods. We don't do new home construction installs as part of a builder's framing schedule, and we don't take on commercial rolling steel doors or warehouse-grade equipment - that's a different trade with different tools.

If your door is original to a house from the 1960s or 70s and the track or hinge hardware is long out of production, we'll tell you straight that repair might cost more in parts-hunting time than a straightforward replacement, and we'll say so rather than string the job along. That's the one honest limit worth naming here: some old doors aren't worth saving, and we won't pretend otherwise just to book the work.

Questions

Common questions

Can you give me a price over the phone?

For common jobs like a broken spring or a worn cable, yes, we can usually give a range. For anything involving the opener's electronics, a bent track, or panel damage, we need to see the door in person before we commit to a number - too many of those jobs turn out different once we're looking at the actual hardware.

Do you work outside Aiken itself?

Yes. We cover the surrounding area out to about 20 miles, including Gloverville, Graniteville, New Ellenton, Burnettown, Clearwater, Belvedere, North Augusta, Jackson, Trenton, and Williston. If you're near one of those towns, call and we'll confirm you're in range.

What should I have ready when I call for a quote?

The age of your house if you know it, what the door is doing wrong, whether the opener is original or replaced, and a couple of photos if you can manage them. That's usually enough for us to give you a realistic starting price before anyone drives out.

Why can't every job be quoted sight unseen?

Because a door that looks like a simple spring fix sometimes has a cracked panel or stripped track hardware underneath it, especially on older houses. We'd rather look first than quote low and surprise you with a different number once the truck's already there.
